"I did not like that parking arrangements. You have to park the car up the road at one of the other hotels the inconvenience with luggage and stuff the rooftop Restaurant et cetera was closed and I think some of the staff doing the breakfast were not really up to hygiene one member of staff handed me us a spoon holding the end. I’ll put in my mouth so I had to wash it, I didn’t really think the hotel come up to the standard of previous ibis hotels we have stayed in."

"The staff was super nice and friendly. The front desk people speak English and they accommodated us well according to our needs. They provided information about a free electric bus. The breakfast was good and the pool very refreshing. Thank you!"

"Nos encanto el hotel!!!!!!"

"Great location near the old city. Property has a good restaurant. Staff was friendly and handled an issue very well."

"Impeccable. Très bien."

"check-in was complex. Room did not match picture, Dark and dingy we left immediatly."

"Free parking. Walking distance (12 min) to main attractions. For the price good hotel."

Merci"

"We had a bad experience with bed bugs; the sheets on the bed had not been changed before our arrival; the toilet seat was not attached and the shower soap dispenser was empty. When we reported the bed bugs to reception they immediately blocked the room for future bookings and contacted a pest control specialist. Housekeeping is clearly an issue."

"This is a wonderful place too stay with one drawback - there’s no restaurant which means driving to Gaillac too find somewhere to eat. Alternatively, the room has a mini-kitchen and there are ready-to-heat meals available - beautifully presented in glass jars…and the chateau’s own wines are excellent"
