"Very nice property everything was great, nice view, but theres an any problem, the coffee table and kitchen counter has an any infestation, we told the cleaner and she said not to eat on the coffee table thats it If it wasn’t for this would have been a 10/10 stay We were in room A4"

"Very comfortable and easy making reservations with the manager Ram. They need a good sign out on the road for the suites. Supermarket next door handy if you wanted to eat in as there is a decent kitchen and balcony in each suite. "

"3rd year here in 1 bed apartment for month of March. Furniture is dated but entirely functional and everything you need is provided... fans, aircon, towels, fridge, microwave, kettle, gas rings, filtered water plus sufficient cooking utensils. Bedding changed every 3/4 days and cleaning by maids efficient. Accommodation is simple and basic in a good location for those on a budget. I look forward to returning again. "

"The staff is very kind, each and every one of them. Maybe not too swift in replying the emails, that has to be improved, for sure. The structure is in a great spot, 5 minutes walking to many restaurants and to the beachfront, however it is pretty quiet given the fact that it is located in a secondary alley. The room is huge and has all the facilities for cooking, if you want to dine inside, and it had a lovely patio with pool view where you can chill out. Breakfast was nothing special but...

"Terrible value for the exorbitant price. We paid premium prices for this property! Customer service is non-existent, no aircon in the living room, none of the fans work, they don’t change sheets and towels daily, they don’t respond to complaints and are very defensive to feedback. There is not even coffee, tea or milk in the kitchen, not even sugar, salt and pepper! Worst ever stay for the kind of money we paid. We regret staying in this place. Just do yourselves a favor and avoid this place...

"Stayed for 4 nights at end of 3 week stay visiting nearby family. The resort, rooms and restaurants are all very good and we had a lovely relaxing stay. The grounds are extremely well kept and our daughters loved taking part in all the available activities. We stayed in a garden bungalow adjacent rooms on all inclusive package. Rooms were very clean and housekeeping daily was appreciated. The resort is large and spread out so might not be suitable if you dont like walking but this did not bother us. Only minor suggestion we would make is to have organised the Wolmar dining tables better so we didnt have to wait for tables 2 nights. We would happily come and stay again in the future."

The welcome we received from the staff was nothing short of amazing – warm smiles, gracious greetings, and a sincere eagerness to make us feel right at home. The check-in process was one of the most intimate and pleasant we’ve ever experienced. Rather than feeling transactional or rushed, it was relaxed and personalized, making us feel like valued guests rather than just another booking. We appreciated the attention to detail and the thoughtful way everything was explained to us. Throughout our stay, every member of the staff continued to impress us with their friendliness and professionalism. Whether we were passing by reception, dining, or simply relaxing on the property, we were always met with warm greetings and helpful attitudes. It’s clear that the staff take real pride in creating a positive experience for guests, and it made a big difference in how enjoyable and relaxing our time was. We left feeling incredibly refreshed and well taken care of, and it’s largely thanks to the incredible team at Veranda Grand Baie. We can’t wait to return."

"This is a very good and affordable hotel in Flic-en-Flac, Mauritius. The hotel is very clean and its amenities are in very good condition. The breakfast buffet is very good. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful and free shuttle to the beach and shopping mall is provided. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to visit Flic-en-Flac."

"Absolutely amazing time we have spent at St Regis Le Morne Resort. The resort is beautiful, quiet and very clean. Our room 493 was amazing suite with an ocean view and a terrace. The food is great we ate at the 4 of the 5 restaurants except the Indya and food was delicious and very high quality! The staff make us feel like we are home ,everyone was so kind and polite. Our favorites are Aroumel at the pool ,she was always great with us with her big smile everytime .Also we liked Veronne from the breakfast she always got us on our favorite table next to the pool ! Our driver Nadin also very nice and polite person and the taxi driver Rajoo who took us to the Port Louis and the La Vanille park and waited for us when we were there. I wanted to say big thank you to the whole St Regis La Morne team and we cant wait to be back next time with our kids! Thank you! "
