"Die Rezeption ist 24 Stunden täglich belegt und ist hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer wirkt sauber bis auf dem Schrank wo Staub herumliegt. Ansonsten war es wirklich sauber und wird täglich gereinigt. Die Klimaanlage läuft wie eine Schweizer Uhr nämlich perfekt! Die Parkplätze sind gleich am Eingang zum Hotel und es war immer welcher vorhanden. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in diesem Gebiet würden wir dieses Hotel bestimmt wieder buchen!"

"This property is well run with friendly staff who know how to please their guests. A great breakfast every day for 16 consecutive days at this wellness hotel without noisy kids was a delight for us. We were supposed to be on a cruise but an accident happened to my wife enroute which meant this hotel was our bolt hole for recovery of a displaced hip. We truly enjoyed our forced R&R at this great property near Verona Italy. Thanks to all at Saccardi, John & Judy"

Il personale che assiste la colazione un po sbrigativo. Mi è capitato di chiedere un chiarimento ma la risposta non è stata molto cordiale. Anzi un po tranchant. La reception invece molto cordiale. Il ceckin è stato veloce e cordiale. Anche il ceckout. Migliorabile sicuramente ."

"This is our second time staying here. Its proximity to the Arena and Piazza Bra can’t be beat. There is a Pam grocery store to the right a couple of blocks. If you continue to the Main Street and go right there is the best coffee shop and bakery - Barini. In the opposite direction (and on the right and then left onto the Main Street) are a great collection of cheaper restaurants and some great pizza at Bella Napoli Verona. The hosts give great recommendations. We checked in late and it was very...
