"It’s a lovely hotel but a bit outdated and needs some upgrading. Nonetheless, it’s a beautiful property. Two issues overall. One, the food was absolutely horrible. Don’t even bother. Two and the worst issue that we ran into was the valet situation. There was only one valet at any given moment and they are constantly being asked to do other things so no one hardly ever answers the valet phone and when you do go down there sometimes you’re waiting just for someone to show up because they’re doing God knows what else in the hotel. Obviously not the valet fault but there has to be a better system. It’s understaffed many times throughout the day based on demand and the staff that is there is doing other things…"

"This is a conveniently located, no frills hotel. No complaints for the price and availability during Balloon Festival. The staff were helpful and attentive. Our shower was amazing, even if the bathroom was a little older. Bed was awesome! I would have liked better cable or streaming options."

"Everything was wonderful. This is a dated hotel with a charm expect old furniture. They do a good job with cleanliness and everything is in working condition. My only recommendation to the hotel clean the windows, patio doors and vents under the bathroom sink."
