"Gave me a room on first floor. Could not sleep through the night. People fighting loudly in hall way. Unwanted guest outside the patio door that was barred for guests safety. Request for new room. Very clean, comfortable with a better view on second floor. No ELEVATOR. Parking had a security driving through the night. Staff friendly no hot tub while I was there."

We had one request during our stay for help with a TV that would not turn on, and it was resolved promptly before we returned to our room. "This is a beautiful hotel. We had a deluxe king with a patio. the patio was crumbling and one of the patio chairs was ripped and worn. We weren't able to sit on the patio anyway as it was raining. The staff was excellent! We had to cut our visit short as my husband grew ill and the front desk representative was very helpful and accommodating. Just need to spruce it up a little on the patio. Otherwise a good stay."

"Front desk person in the evening was pleasant but the one in the morning didn't even smile. The room was clean and comfortable, but the ones by the street are not quiet. We specifically chose this site because it had a pool, but it was closed for maintenance. Food and drinks at Social were good for both dinner and breakfast, and the entertainment was great, but the service was rather poor."

"My husband and I stayed here 4 days for my birthday. What a wonderful hotel. We had a gorgeous room, excellent linens, maid staff and concierge were outstanding. Hotel is set up to be able to walk almost everywhere. Valet parking is spot on. Would definitely stay here again."

"The Inn and Spa at Loretto is an amazing resort. It is within walking distance to the Plaza. The Loretto chapel is right next door and is incredibly beautiful with the winding staircase. The pool at the Inn was awesome! We were there on a Sunday afternoon and they had poolside service that was outstanding! We will definitely return when we are in Santa Fe!"
