Cari Hotel di New Mexico

"Front staff, particularly Armeli and Antoinette were spectacular. The rest of the staff were discriminatory towards white males. The leadership is poor at best and their responsiveness is abhorred."

"Hotel was clean and convenient, breakfast was good and staff was VERY helpful. However, the hotel needs to enforce the no cannabis rule!!! The smell wafted into my air conditioning vent every hour or so ALL the time. The smell was terrible in the hallways and in the elevator. Have rules that you enforce or don't have them. Made my stay uncomfortable in my room."

"I booked a 5:30 p.m. spa treatment and told the staff at booking that my phone had no service anywhere on the resort property. While I was soaking, the spa called at 4:51 and 5:02 p.m. to say the therapist could not arrive on time and ask if I could move to 6:30. I saw the messages at 5:15 but still had no service to call back. When I arrived at the spa at 6:15, I was told my appointment had been canceled because I had not responded. I understand that a new time might require confirmation, but...

"The price was double what i usually pay. Why??"

"This was our 2nd stay and we loved it as much as the first time. The property is lovely with a friendly staff and excellent location for walking to the shops, museums and restaurants around the plaza area. It is also great to have staff come up and light a fire in the fireplace when you wish. We love staying here."

"Good place to stay"

"Love staying at La Fonda. Great linens, great location, attentive staff."

"Very good location. Rooms are very basic motel rooms. They charge for parking in an empty parking lot! Their pricing is for location. No amenities or charm beyond a cheap motel. Staff doesn’t treat guests any better than someone paying to park for a day."

"Automatic front door would be most helpful when your luggage is on one of those carts"

"Excellent staff"
