I chose add my first night's day on my NM/Albuquerque based on how gorgeous their pool area is, and...it is! There were a few maintenance issues at the hotel, But staff was very receptive to feedback and pleasant throughout the duration in every area.I interacted with them front desk , multiple food establishments and the casino. I would highly recommend staying here if it fits in your travel budget. However, I would not agree with a 9/10 rating, due to the fact that there is no private changing area for the pool, and the hot water was not working in the only shower accessible for the pool area. My room (King w/balcony 5th floor) was an adjoining room. I am a solo traveler for this trip.So I was concerned about having that room occupied. There was some noise that I thought was coming from the hallway , but the next morning I learned that there was in fact an occupant in that room and he identified BED BUGS in his room! I reported this to the front desk and they said he had made them aware of that. I asked them to also decommission my room to guests since it is adjoining. No compensation was given for this. I would rate this 7/10 and carefully read other current reviews before booking again.
