Cari Hotel di New Mexico

"This hotel was so quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable, we loved it. The pool was beautiful and well maintained."

"Everything"

"The room had no hot water in the sink. The water seemed strange. The breakfast they offer has no eggs or sausage. It's conveniently located, but I may look for a different place next time."

"We stayed 4 nights at Sage. Staff at front desk, breakfast & the Social lounge were excellent. Both Check in and check out were smooth. Requested a ground floor in advance and they fulfilled. Enjoyed the convenience of bldg A and parking our car directly by our room. The room was clean and quiet with no noticeable parking lot or external walkway noise. We could hear and were awaken by The second floor guest(s) each night of our stay . They woke around 4 am and walked back and forth for hours....

"Excellent service"

"I booked a 5:30 p.m. spa treatment and told the staff at booking that my phone had no service anywhere on the resort property. While I was soaking, the spa called at 4:51 and 5:02 p.m. to say the therapist could not arrive on time and ask if I could move to 6:30. I saw the messages at 5:15 but still had no service to call back. When I arrived at the spa at 6:15, I was told my appointment had been canceled because I had not responded. I understand that a new time might require confirmation, but...

"The facility is beautiful and well maintained. Rooms were large and included high quality toiletries. The spa was fabulous! Room for improvement with the towels as they were very scratchy. Had an issue checking in due to a change in reservation with Expedia but front desk was not very helpful until a manager intervened after 20 minutes of hassling."

"The check-in staff was aloof and seemed bothered to explain where things were located. The valets were great The breakfast server was great"

"Great property with a lot of history! Beautifully cared for and a lovely walk to the plaza. Wonderful and friendly staff!"

"Beautiful hotel in the center of old town. Excellent"

"A really nice no-frills spot if you're looking to stay in downtown Santa Fe but don't want to pay downtown prices."

"This is by far the best hotel for my Route 66 drive. The location, the design and architecture, the restaurant, everything in the property is first-class. The room is spacious and clean, too"

"Except!"

"Needs some TLC, very tired-looking property. The room was basic (despite it being an upgrade) but adequate. Unfortunately the bed and pillows were very hard and the AC unit was extremely loud, resulting in a difficult night and very little sleep. We chose to check out in the morning after just one night of our two-night booking. The staff was pleasant upon check-in and check-out."
