This is a very low budget property. Paid ~$50 a night, but should have been ~$30 for what I got. Staff was friendly / fine, nothing of note, good or bad.TV did not work in my room. Could easily hear the room next to mine, (they were talking at a normal level, and had their TV at a normal level), as well as all activity in the hallway (normal speaking levels, nothing that should be heard or complained about, normally). Floors of the hallway and room are the same cheap vinyl plank, all of it warped, either from water dmg or improper installation. While being located near a highway isn't inherently bad, the property's parking area did NOT feel safe. Nothing happened to cars in the lot during my stay. The fencing was a mix of iron bar and patchwork chainlink fencing. The chainlink part was near the back end of the property and had a section peeled back, where ppl were squeezing through on foot, in and out of the area, giving full access to cars in the lot from that area. That chainlink area connected to an alley of sorts with a rundown RV and abandoned cars sitting, with what appeared to be unhoused ppl hanging around. There was no gate, nor cameras that I could see. Again, I reiterate that NOTHING happened to any cars in the lot during my stay, but I wasn't comfortable leaving my car there. - I wanted a lower cost place for an unexpected and short stay, so I was not expecting a 4 star hotel, but this did not feel like it met the mark for the price. I wouldn't stay here again.
