There was homeless people hanging around outside, people smoking and drinking on the walkway, the room was dirty and had burn holes in the bed blankets, no towels in the bathroom or soap

This room was absolutely disgusting in one of our rooms. There was either blood or poop splattered on the wall in our other room. Cockroaches were running up the wall. There were strange stains on the mattresses, and most of the furniture was broken or missing. Do not reserve a room at this hole of a hotel.

I was anxious that my credit card details were hand written on a pce of paper. The room had a hand mended cover on the bed. Was clean given it is an old building. The towels were small and thin.Didnt feel safe at all. More so the people in the area. Not necesarily the staff. Was ok but i feel coukd be cleaner

I did not feel safe getting out of my car. It was dark, and there were multiple groups of homeless and loiterers, old mattresses and furniture outside and police patroling the parking lot. I contacted Expedia to ask for a refund. They contacted the hotel office who acknowledged the groups and said thats why there is an officer patroling and stated that it was competely safe. I was denied a refund from both the hotel and from Expedia. If I could, I would post pictures and screen shots of the conversation, but there is no where to load it.

Waited over 30 minutes for someone to come work the front desk to check in. While checking in they closed the gate so i couldn't pull in with my trailer. I was going to have to park by outside by their dumpster which had homeless in it and around it using drugs. We didn't feel safe so gave the room key back and left. I am hoping for a full refund, but not holding my breath. Do not recommend. They need uniformed security.

There were several unsavory folks hanging around in the parking lot. The room had stains in the ceiling. Pieces of the wall were missing along the bottom trim. The window had a large diagonal crack. The room smelled of cigarettes. The tub was dirty.

There was a dog in the room when we checked in. There were some transient people around the neighborhood, so checked on our car every couple of hours to ensure it was safe.

its a very run down place it was a better place 6 years back once i check in notice the smell of weed and smoke plus the holes in the walls check under the sheets found a cockrouch in the bed running across the sheets killed took it to the manager and said im not sleeping here. i would just like my deposit back and cancel the room plus at first try to get in the room key card didn't work. no toilet paper in the bath room. alot of homeless people right outside the property. next door was a waffle house but close down. the area was great 6 years ago that was my first reason for going back plus i want a good nite rest tomorrow i got a important VETERANS APPOINTMENT AT THE MAIN HOSPITAL IN ALBUQUERQUE. so i left and check into another area Albuquerque were it was almost full and rates were higher in the late evening. it seem most place went up 20 bucks more at the last minute check in which suck so i guess the websites has its way on making money too.

Stay away. No key, refrigerator full of week old food, no soap, no wash cloth, no TP. Kept going back to the front desk. Not a good experience

More than Half of the accommodation list are none existence The employee quoted me on three different prices on the room( early check in fees not list, cites signs as notice, went to change price and sign with comfront about violations) Both employer and employee was willing grabt me the price I want, admission of wrong doing. My room was not represented properly nor was it clean, this was met with "well you didnt complain" Employee also lied to me serveral time during our exchange. All in attempt to avert guilt from his perceived wrong doing, also was willing to place a sign up citing the fee, as this is probably a common occurence. Misrepresentation of Room, Price, and accommodation. The only thing honest is this technically an econo lodge They quite literally list amenities, and charge for water. Most HOTELS charge 20 to 50 dollars for visitors, they charge 100 I was told the early check in was 50$ as a new sign was put up stating 40$ Econo lodge is own by choice hotels, standard is usually 44$ with a franchise fee of 8000$ (one time) Failure to meet choice hotel standards or price point Owners said he can charge whatever price he feels fit.
