"Fantastic property especially for an airport hotel! Great food and a gorgeous pool. Super convenient shuttle to and from the airport and extremely helpful staff. I don't speak much Spanish but they all were very proficient in English. Definitely recommend this property."

"The common spaces were gorgeous and very traveller friendly, with iced water, a kitchen, and a laundry room. The rooms had air conditioning, which was pleasant after the many hot days. There were lots of friendly pets - dogs, cats, and birds (although the birds woke us up most mornings)! And best of all, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating."

Bathroom has mold on the tiles, door and ceiling, I booked a 2 night stay but only stayed one night due to the late hour we arrived and I was traveling with an elderly. Still attempting to get a refund for the next night. Staff were pleasant but this hotel needs an upgrade. "

"I arrived at 11 PM. The front desk staff was not there. The security guard was running around the hotel trying to locate the worker 15 minutes later he came down. Damn, he tried to charge my credit card again when I had told him I already paid and booked online. The property was nice close to a lot of restaurants. The only thing it was not any hot water"

"air conditioning was out in the whole building for my visit. they notified me of this ahead of time with the option to cancel & if not, provided me with a box fan instead at my request. this was an unexpected overnight stay due to last minute flight changes & while the staff was friendly & accommodating, the room was not enjoyable. due to the overall climate, there's unfortunately a major cockroach issue where I was killing bugs all night & couldn't sleep. major fumigation & pest control is...

"Room was clean. Condition was decent in terms of quality, for the price it was fantastic. No complaints other than street noise, which was quite loud in the morning, especially since our room faced the main road. This is out of their control of course, but still, something to know about."
