"This is a lovely building situated in a quiet street in the city center. As mentioned in other reviews, it is a bit far from the main attractions, but it's nice and close to El Corte Ingles and a taxi spot. Getting to the main attractions is an easy and generally pleasant walk. Our studio was attractive, decently spacious, well appointed, well laid out and very clean. Communication with staff was efficient although it is still odd for us to stay in a "hotel" that has no one onsite. While...

"Great place to stay! Very roomy 3 bedroom apartment, great location. Nice kitchen, well equipped, good oven/microwave and washer dryer. Spacious living room. The staff was very helpful and responsive to questions and problems we encountered. I would definitely stay at this apartment again!"

"Tutto è andato bene; come aspetto da migliorare, i letti, essendo singoli e con le ruote, si spostavano e unirli non era comodo per riposare.
La zona è un po’ rumorosa, quindi si sentivano i rumori delle persone e le campane della chiesa ogni ora.
L’appartamento è molto buono, con tutte le comodità; le persone che lo gestiscono sono molto gentili ed è ben attrezzato.
La palestra era un po’ trascurata e mal distribuita, ma non siamo andati ad allenarci."

"Overall, it was a great stay. We were on a Main Street across from the cathedral with access to everything we needed. However, despite being on a busy street, things calmed down at night, so there was no disruption while we slept. The property managers were very responsive and kind. They were there to assist us with any questions or accommodations needed in a timely manner. We would come there again if we were back in Seville."
