"Thin walls as you could hear everything outside and the hallway. I asked at front desk for spare toothpaste as I forgot to pack but they don’t keep a spare supply. Other hotels I’ve stayed at provide this service, just a nice touch. Breakfast smelled good but didn’t have enough time to eat. Will not be returning to this property."

"The staff member said our date change was not communicated by the Expedia agent, so she was confused. Then she gave us a key card for a room that was already occupied!! We began opening the door and the occupants shouted at us. Very embarassing. Then she gave us a new room and it had 2 queen beds, when we specifically wanted a room with a king and sofa bed, so we had to get re-assigned 3 times. The hotel room was in rough condition. not well loved."

"Super easy check-in and check-out with a code sent to your phone in advance. The only issue was the neighbours, who apparently needed to have a screaming match at all hours of the night. Couldn't have been controlled by the hotel staff, so not their fault. Luckily, I had earplugs, so it wasn't much of an issue."

"This place was excellent for the price ! Fairly newly renovated , staff was friendly and breakfast was a great spread including eggs ,sausages , hashbrowns and waffles. Bed was comfy , i had an grest sleep!! Also super bonus that directly behind the building and across a divide of grass there is a Tim Hortons ,wendys,sushi place,Mexican restaurant and another restaurant!! Super convenient"

"I did not like the fact that our room was not in the high rise tower part. It was at the back of the property and our room had direct access to the parking lot. It was damp and cold because of rainy weather. Which brought spiders in the room. It was very noisy from the room above us to the other rooms around us.The staff at the front desk were amazing and helpful when we arrived. The room was very clean when we arrived but the next day when they cleaned there was still hair on the bathroom...

"Breakfast was basic, nothing special. Standard. Rooms were ok, needed better cleaning. Staff was nice, friendly and helpful. Pool was freezing."

"Check in was quick and easy. Breakfast was good - the chef prepared our hot plates for us rather than keep food heated up Buffett style. Nothing fancy about this hotel but the beds were comfortable and staff were friendly."

"The room was clean and lots of parking available. We had some noisy neighbours in the room next to us, it was also an adjoining room so not sure if the sound travels more in those rooms, this was no fault of the hotel. The breakfast was not good, in our opinion and we found the eggs and sausages were really overcooked."

"Advertised with hot tub. It was not working. Shower was noisy and air in the pipes. Soap dispenser was broken and lying in tub. Room was not made up and no coffee. Breakfast was cold and mediocre at best. There were no spoons and only plastic silverware."
