"Very beautiful natural setting in the middle of a big urban area. The afternoon/night office man was most polite and helpful and appreciated. Need a little more parking. Key system needs to be more traditional."

"The property looked like it needs some TLC. It didn't look like a Hyatt. The room itself was nice, and the cleaning staff did a great job keeping it clean. The amenities were nice as well. No matter how much you clean it, the carpets in the room and the corridor need to be replaced. The breakfast was nice and fresh, the staff were friendly and polite."

"We got there the pool was green. One of the kitchen stove burners didn’t work we was told they would send someone they didn’t. We booked there because of the stove and pool so overall not great."

"Would have liked the restroom to to not have hair on the floor. The toilet was not working and they fixed it promptly. There was still a leak though. Overall the place was decent to lay head down for a few hours before getting back on the road. Staff were prompt when I expressed there was an issue with the toilet."

"Love the living room area being a bit separate from the staff. Absolutely love the staff. I had some stuff delivered to my room while I was away. The staff noticed the items and placed them in the room."

"The whole time we stayed the TV did not work. Nobody cleaned our room. In fact I didn’t see anybody cleaning rooms. We had to go and ask for towels everyday. Horrible stay."
