"When we arrived the they had given our room to someone. When my wife and daughters went to the room there was someone in it. After an hour in the lobby with all our stuff they found a room. It was a king but we had a 2 queen room. Was 4 of us. The guy working in 3rd shift did his best but whoever gave our room away did not! "

"My first morning there I overslept and missed getting coffee at Starbucks. The front desk person, Noriya, was busy on the computer. I politely asked her for two extra coffee packets. Without ever making eye contact, she got up, found two and shoved them at me. I ignored her rudeness. I then realized that I would also need extra creamer.
