"Hotel very old and tired. Room over looked the court yard which is very noisy due to regular glass recycling. Outdoor pool to hot to swim in. Hotel in a lovely area with beautiful views."

"Some areas showed their age . Staff where courteous and kind . Views are wonderful but the terrace needs tidying up. Breakfast was like a feast! 25 to 30 years ago we used to come regularly for several holidays a year. It's an old building and needs a brush up. They've tried to maximise money making on the terrace not all of which is easy on the eye . However despite criticism I'm already planning a return trip ."

"We literally can't wait to go back. The location is absolutely perfect, the pool is awesome and the staff really lovely. The only thing that detracts is the 4pm check in which they seem to stick to, very rigidly. (Though our visit was during the heatwave of June so understandable if the rooms were taking longer to get ready). The cottage we stayed in was gorgeous and the complimentary minibar a lovely touch."

"it was fine. nothing massively special but I didnt expect that either. The room was decent and had aircon. reception staff were kind. I dont like that I had to provide my driving licence on check-in. I don't usually at hotels but it was lucky I had it with me as I dont usually."

"Had an issue with my child’s breakfast. That got a lame excuse but after what was going to turn into a heated conversation breakfast cost for children was refunded. Otherwise it’s a decent hotel in a good location. There are some bits that need attention e.g. door handles in room were coming off, fan was not sufficient to cool room. But we had a good time irrespective of these things"

"10 min walk from Termini, easy to find, shops and restaurants close by. Hotel is very well maintained and appointed, quiet and large rooms. Helpful staff and comfy beds."
