"Room is in a fabulous location. Likely can’t ask for better. Perfect size for 2. Communication is great. Listing doesn’t mention NO AC. I don’t ever think to look for that. To me AC is assumed. Wrong. Luckily it wasn’t very hot. So we didn’t have any issues. There was an oscillating fan. Lastly. The shower head doesn’t tilt down so I had difficulty with it since I’m short. All that being said, I’d book them again if I needed this location."

"Check in was super easy and front desk were very helpful with directions and suggestions for travel to and from the hotel. Hot tub was out of order while we were onsite so didn’t get to take advantage of that, unfortunately. Breakfast was sub-par. Waffles, toast, cereal and a bowl of oranges."

"Old-school motel with very friendly staff."

"Nice hotel with excellent location few minutes from Lynwood Line station where you can ride it so easy to downtown or any other area you want in Seattle. Rooms are clean with good amenities in bathroom but looks like furniture and linen need to be changed into new ones. Breakfast was good containing all the main elements with good amount with nice juices and coffee and a good seating area. Staff were helpful in navigating area information and in answering any questions."

"This was an awesome hotel! The room was very clean/cute and the bed was 10/10, so comfy! I loved the nice touch with a free drink and even oversized robes in the room! The lobby was very inviting with cookies to grab as you wander by, and dog treats if you have a furry friend. The breakfast was actually so good that we had it twice! Parking was easy but it is tight if you are in an SUV or bigger. The location was perfect; 5 min to the Seattle center! Lots of food options nearby as well and a CVS...

"Very disappointed. We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect and now rooms are dusty, very un maintained the toilet almost snapped out and it looked crusty. The bathtub was slimy. WiFi didn’t even work, many homeless camping around the parking lot as well which was insane. Looked like mold or something was staining corners of the wall especially the vent. It was also humid to the point where it smelled like wet feet. Odd smell for sure will definitely not be returning. Reception art check in...

"The best thing about the Executive Hotel is the location. It’s in one of the nicer areas of Seattle and is easy walking distance to all the major attractions.
