Hotel murah di Aldwyck

"I had booked our room through Expedia about 2 months before travel. I booked a queen suite with sofa bed and when we got to the property they said they only had a king suite with sofa bed. The receptionist said it was Expedia's fault because they don't check what rooms the hotel has available. Not sure if that is true or not. Made for a very tight stay for our family of 6 for 5 nights. There was a bunch of hair on the pool deck for 2 days before being cleaned up. Breakfast staff was grouchy and...

"It was one of the best hotels that I’ve stayed on in a long time very clean. Everything was stocked. The breakfast was great. Parking was great. The staff was helpful. Everything about this place was wonderful. I would definitely book again."

"The hotel met our needs for our short visit to Richmond and at a reasonable price. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room with a king bed and small sofa was comfortable for us. Main room and bathroom were quite clean. One design issue: the bed was too close to the outside wall and it was a challenge to get by the AC unit. The bed was also very high off floor - good for some people but not for the shorter ones among us. The breakfast was standard for hotels like this but we were not...

"Easy check-in and a decent overall stay. Location is great, close to short pump etc. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The only downside was the thin walls-we could hear nearly every door opening and closing in the hallway throughout the night. Parking was also limited, so we had to park near Silver Diner, which was a bit of a walk. On the positive side, Diamond at the front desk was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making check-in a great experience."

"Good location but mediocre operation. Not a single thing stood out but plenty of unpleasant moments. Check in was unclear and could have been more welcoming. AC unit rattled all night. Stayed for three nights and not once was the room cleaned, sheets cleaned etc. (this was unacceptable for the price we paid), side doors to enter the property were unlocked which was a security hazard, billing was tricky, twice we were given the wrong bill. Not a fan."

"First off, I arrived at the hotel I was booked for, only to find out my reservations were move to another hotel because they overbook me. I arrive at the sister hotel, they had two rooms for me to choose from, room 222 and 214. After several attempts, I could not get access to room 214 so I proceeded to room 222 and this room was a mess, the bathroom had a huge patch of black mold above the shower, the lights did not work and it wreak of cigarette smoke, the room was clearly under construction...
