"This hotel is located in a suburb area of San Sebastián but the fact two major bus lines run through the hotel you can take one bus directly to old town or the bus/train station without switching buses . The staff at the lobby cafe is amazing . Eukene made me the most delicious cafe con leche . The hotel breakfast was delicious too . Will be back here next time in San Sebastián . Thank you"

"Do not recommend the hotel for various reasons during the summer. The AC did not work; engineer came and spent 10 minutes and gave us a small fan to sleep at night for a room that we paid $300's. During check in ,they took my number but never texted / called me to tell us when room is ready and we waited from 1:30pm to 8pm. The room size was great , the bed was comfrotable but due to not having AC, we did not sleep well. The bathroom grouts are all coming out , it does not represent a good...
