"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional 5-Star Experience at Cleopatra Resort Sidi Heneish We had a wonderful stay at Cleopatra Resort Sidi Heneish and truly enjoyed every moment. The resort is beautiful, relaxing, and offers excellent service, delicious food, and a great atmosphere. Everything was well organized, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. A special thank you to Reda at the reception, who was extremely welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout our stay....

"Hotel is still under finishing. Painting material and furniture empty packings are thrown everywhere. No maintainace staff . If your AC broken out, you can change the room or you have to stay in if no availability . Fresh staff with no training or experience . Even the manager do not understand the booking online or hospitality. I forced to leave my room after checking in .My room with advertised as sea view however I was offered other room as the available one."

"Was great water and beaches. Food was not the best. Not many option. Almost same food everyday."

"Awesome facility. Amazing food and staff, more than I was expecting. I recommend this place to everyone who want to go this hotel you will not be disappointed. Beautiful beach and pool. The only downside is the area around is still developing and a lot of construction and empty lots but once you are at the property you don’t even notice that. Hopefully when everything is done the area around the property will be more beautiful but do not let that stop you to go you will enjoy your time ."

"It's not worth the cost. The quality of the room and the service is on par with cheaper hotels and is considered the bare minimum.it’s definitely overpriced."
