"Mycket trevligt boende. Blev så bra bemötta i receptionen vid incheckningen. Vi hade en svit med utsikt mot berget, med magisk utsikt. Rummet var rymligt, fräscht och fantastiskt skön säng. Frukosten var mycket bra och inget saknades. Restaurangen, som tyvärr ligger i bottenplan och man förstår inte varför den inte ligger högst upp med den utsikten som är möjlig, var helt okej. Personalen även här mycket trevliga och gästvänliga. Menyn var kanske inte den roligaste så vi nöjde oss medden pizza....

"Firstly, the location is perfect, tucked in a side cul-de-sac near the marina and a very reasonable price. We parked our car in a nearby supermarket fairly cheap and on a nearby street for free between 7pm - 8am. But, the apartment itself? It needs a thorough renovation. Several Light switches didn’t work properly, many bulbs throughout were not working - the tv is also connected by multiple extension cables! "Due to delayed flights, I arrived at 02:20 hours but was greeted by a warm and friendly lady on reception who completed the check-in in a friendly manner and offered a hot drink. I had booked a standard room ideally with a sea view. That was not possible as the hotel was full however she advised me to return at 1200 the following day and they would try and upgrade. My twin standard on the 5th floor was perfectly adequate but just looked straight across the street at windows opposite so not really possible to open the net curtains and just a rooftop view. The bed and bathroom was comfortable. I spoke to reception the next day and was upgraded to a superior room on the 6th floor overlooking the harbour and Aksla which was delightful! The climate control in the room was very effective and responsive. The room itself was spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast offered a wide selection and the hot food offerings were the same for the 4 mornings I was there. Staff clear away items very quickly once you have finished with them. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Would happily stay here again. "

"The front desk personnel was friendly and helpful. The room was nice. The bed was comfortable. There was a small refrigerator. The bathroom and shower were totally tiled, which was nice. The shower had a curtain instead of the typical glass doors which we liked better. It was great that both breakfast and dinner were offered. Breakfast was good both days with good options and variety. Dinner one night was thin soup and bread which was not satisfying. The hotel was across the street from a grocery store which was nice."
