"I've stayed at the Sakura Inn on multiple occasions. It is centrally located to downtown Los Angeles, and cities in the San Gabriel Valley and San Fernando Valley. The current owners seem indifferent to basic guestroom maintenance. To be specific, I took photos of a loose faucet and a broken door seal, and showed them to the innkeeper. She promised to share my concerns with her husband. During my stay, no one came to inspect my room. On past stays, everything was in good working order and...

"It was a weekend getaway trip with me and my husband. We would definitely stay again. Motel is close to many stores and restaurants of walking distance. It does get noisy on Saturday nights but that’s always expected. Only thing I would request a change is not having to wait for housekeeping to get new fresh towels. "The location of this place is great, but unfortunately, the service and overall experience were disappointing. I chose this hotel based on the positive reviews, but the first room we were assigned had a strong smell of cigarette smoke and marijuana. The bathroom floor was also leaking water. We asked to be moved to another room, and the staff handled our request kindly and promptly, which we appreciated.
