"Excellent"

"Bistro Bar is convenient and food was good but the size of the hotel would not require multiple people working so service, while excellent, was slow and there was line for breakfast. Everything else was excellent except room was cold, lighting could have been brighter in the bathroom, and shower head pressure was low.."

"The rooms were pretty decent on cleanliness, the beds in first room were horrible a big dip in bed and you could feel the coils. AC in room not working as well and the main entrance door you would have to push your body into the door to open it after inserting the key so a fire hazard. The elevators kept breaking down, housekeepers were pretty friendly and accommodating."

"I gave this hotel a 2 star rating not because of the property itself, but because after my departure I received a notice from my bank that three separate transactions totaling in the amount of $946.34. I spoke to management today and the reasoning was weird, so apparently if you pay to park they have to charge you twice (your stay + taxes and fees) as well as the incidental charge, AND what you originally paid during check in, and get this , they don’t even tell you!"
