"Suites were great, only I didn't have any idea when I booked that the property is having renovations. The hallways were under construction but it didn't affect the rooms. Just a bit of an eye sore."

"We loved the convenience to Mt. Vernon. The room (and bathroom) was larger than expected. Loved the grab bars and bench in the tub. Was disappointed with all that room there was not an easy chair/lamp for comfortable reading. Just the desk chair. Had to eat on the bed. Had a bunch of 8th graders down the hall in and out of their rooms with the doors slamming numerous times throughout the evening. WONDERFUL breakfast! with friendly staff keeping everything clean and supplied.\ "

"This property was in an excellent location near Old Town Alexandria in a nice walkable neighborhood. We appreciated the easy on/ off near the Beltway which was convenient for our activities. Parling was $10 a day as opposed to $40-$50 a day in downtown DC hotels. We look forward to staying here again. "
