"Great: the restaurant was amazing, try their New Orleans Bread Pudding! Bed was super comfortable, plush and cozy! The room and all areas seen were very clean. The staff was great, helping me each time I needed! Needs improvement: parking deck (back of property) entry/exit was broken, so the room key never worked in or out. Had it re-keyed, still didn't work. Escalator going to lower floor was turned off during a certain hour - maybe after 7p? (no sign, no idea when that time was - just not on). This was impactful because there were at least 3 large school groups of kids that often took over the elevators. One of the vending machines downstairs was broken - I'm diabetic & arrived 10:30 pm & with everything in the lobby closed, needed immediate food. There were other machine's but the one machine had items that were of preference."

"The hotel is very nice, with easy access to all that Alexandria has to offer. The staff were wonderful - always friendly and always willing to help. The on-site restaurant had great food, and the little coffee shop in the lobby was great every morning. This is where I’ll stay next time I’m in Alexandria."

"This property is long in the tooth and in need of refurbish. It was clean as anyone could get it but stained carpeting, janky ac unit with metal hanging off it. Front desk staff was excellent and check in was smooth, Also of note if you have a car, you’re forced to download an app on your phone to pay. Not at all convenient and I’m unsure that I was aware at reservation that I would need to pay for parking. Breakfast was good and staff were once again courteous and professional. Wouldn’t boom here again; "
