"My little dog and I have stayed at this palace five times in the past few months while my pup Underwent medical treatment at the nearby l’ENVA. Zenao is fabulous. Spanking new, well equipped suites and great staff and residents. The location is perfect for the train to Paris and to airports and shopping locally is very high quality. The one alert is that there is no sign on the building indicating it is the Zenao hotel since the hotel is housed in STELLA savior residences. Go by the address,...

"Great location easy to walk to everywhere in Montmare and metro stations. Clean and spacious (For Paris) rooms at a good price. AC during the heat wave was a life saver and the room was very comfortable. We were a bit nervous being on the first floor next to the elevator but the room was very quiet and we slept great. Staff were all very friendly."

"Staff were great! Super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had excellent air conditioning. Gym was small but had what was needed for a workout. Location was perfect to explore Montmarte. Honesty bar was a great quiet break."

"The hotel exterior is very unassuming but once you walk in, the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely, bed was comfortable, darkening curtains helped the jet lag, full clean bathroom. They refilled a bottle of filtered water anytime we asked. Complimentary light snacks in lobby. Close to all amenities and the public transit."

"This place is a perfect gem in a fantastic location. The rooms were clean, breakfast was delicious and they even held our bags for us when we checked out before we caught our next train. It is within walking distance to a large train station and the view of the Arc de Triumph was breath taking. During a historic heatwave, the most important thing was that it had blessed AC. That alone was a welcomed gift. We will always stay here"

"Lovely hotel ,staff were excellent ,free tea and coffee and fresh water in reception Has a lovely vibe about the place ,rooms were spacious and clean and well decorated nice bars surrounding hotel and patisserie , nearest metro is a stone’s throw (Blanche) corridors were a bit narrow and dark and staircase was a bit helter skelter but overall absolutely book again in a heartbeat"

"The property was in a fantastic location and the rooms were in a good condition. The free toiletries were helpful and the air con was wonderful. The only thing I’d suggest is supplying a mini fridge in the rooms. The lady at reception was very friendly and helped us several times. Thank you."

"Air conditioning in the room blew out. Staff did nothing to fix it. They didn't even come look at it. According to another guest at the hotel their A/C went out also and was not fixed. We weren't offered any compensation for the room. It was about 90 degrees in the room. Also the rooms are TINY. No where to put your luggage. This hotel is not worth the price at all. It's the equivalent to staying in a hostel. Would not recommend to anyone."
