I have anxiety so the ability to be able to have have conversation thru text message if I need anything while I’m staying instead of having to call the front desk or go down is amazing! The Beds being CLEAN and bug FREE are the biggest thing to me! Let’s face it…that’s the first thing I check when going into any hotel- and it should be the first thing anyone checks. This hotel passes the test EVERY TIME! If I could give them 100 stars I would!...

"I had to register over a cell phone by a lady who couldn’t speak English. A man came on phone and said lady needed my id and credit card to take a picture on phone. Not too thrilled with that. Accommodations were ok for price. No coffee in room. Had to go across parking lot to office to get a terrible watered down cup of coffee. There was NO breakfast even though it was advertised on web. For $10 more I would rather go to Comfort Inn next door for great room and great breakfast of waffles,...

"Property details said there was a hot tub, but there was not one. Very old TV that was not ‘smart’"

"We did not use or see the laundry facilities. There were many areas under some type of repair, including loose floor tiles and carpeting. The pool/hot-tub area was pretty beat down and not functioning properly, the changing/restroom was out of order also so there was no privacy in changing or removing clothing, so you either had to scurry through the entire hotel in swimwear or hope you didn’t offend anyone by stripping off in the corner. "The hot tub was not hot and was gross. Room smelled like cigarettes. Hotel smells like cigarettes. You can see skin flakes in the water in the hot tub. Door lock didn’t work and was expected to leave it unlocked when we left, maintenance guy promised to “look over it” "

"Location good, staff excellent. Room(s) I had two during my stay were mostly clean. The bed covers were not and bathrooms not perfect, but really for a quick overnight, not bad. Cable tv could use some updates. "
