"I had an amazing experience. I accidentally booked the wrong day, but the man at the front desk was extremely helpful and let me stay in an open room. This was at midnight, and his attitude was great. He also gave me some information about the island, how to get around, and which sites to see. He also shuttled us to the airport the next morning for our scheduled car rental pick up. Amazing amazing staff. The room itself was spacious and warm with a sink in the room. "Enjoyed my stay here. The hosts are very welcoming & helpful. Checkin is clear and also has Igdlo sign on building for easy find. Location is close to basically everything, and Bus 55, which saves over $25 round trip to KEF airport. The room and shared bathroom were always clean also. The rooms are small and the lighting not so bright, but overall it was fine, and a very good value for an expensive place like Iceland."

"Really disappointing. The listing explicitly said the room had a microwave and fridge in it. I got there to find not only did it NOT have that but it was a shared bathroom and kitchen as well. "Die Lage war super in einer kleinen Nebenstraße direkt an der Shopping straße mit vielen Läden und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, auch der Second Hand Store nebenan ist sehr empfehlenswert. War super sauber mit täglichem Zimmerservice der Gemeinschaftsräume und auch für den Mietwagen haben wir immer in den umliegenden Straßen einen Parkplatz gefunden (da aber auf die Zonen achten, ab 21Uhr ist aber kostenlos)"
