"Great location!! It’s about 5minute walk from the main shopping area (Laugavegur). There’s no staff on site for check in but a clear detailed instruction was provided. It was easy, The common areas such as the lobby and kitchen were minimalist and modern design. No airconditioning as it’s common in Europe. Opening the window was adequate and made the room cool and comfortable. The private bathroom has a stand in shower similar to the cruise ships.The PAVI Guesthouse is a good place to stay in...

"The rooms are clean and comfortable. The sinks vary a lot room by room, with some that are perfect and others that barely trickle any water at all. The upstairs shower is much better than the downstairs one. Breakfasts are great! And parking is always available in their lot or nearby."

"The location is good, but the listing did not clearly mention that this unit is a room in the basement with a shared common area and shared bathroom (there seem to be other options in the guesthouse that are not in the basement). The bathroom door also made a loud squeaky noise, which was not ideal for a shared unit, and the bedsheets seemed a bit worn or not fully clean. That said, the staff communication was friendly, and we appreciate them hosting us."

Which is great of your phone isn't locked in your room. I found the property to be a basic and rundown, it's more of a hostel than a nice guesthouse.
