"Do NOT recommend. I believe AI was used to make the listing photos appear more presentable, because the property looks nothing like the images. IRL it is incredibly dirty and feels more like a frat house than a maintained rental. The overall lack of cleanliness was so severe that it made us question whether even the sheets had been properly washed. "The theme is very cute, which was a huge deciding factor at staying at this hotel. The breakfast was amazing too. This was my first time in Iceland, so there were some minor culture shocks that I didn't read about before visiting. The hot water smells like rotten eggs (sulfur) which was interesting, and having to squeegee the bathroom floor was also interesting, but not anything that warrants a lower review. I really enjoyed staying here. Free parking, free breakfast, very close to Reykjavik....

"Mountain view(some construction going on off to the side). Slight traffic and snow plows through the night on nearby road. The Dome inside was beautiful and peaceful with everything you need. Hot tub right outside. Robes and slippers supplied. Coffee and tea in the room with coffee maker and electric hot water kettle. Radio, multiple heaters and wood stove. Great WiFi. Board games. Heated towel rack and fully stocked bathroom in private bathroom inside the Dome. Food delivery available directly...
