The hotel room was very clean, spacious and the bed very comfortable. Staff was welcoming and courteous. We are active seniors in our late 70s-80 and thought the bath was dangerous. The side of the tub is very high, the bottom very slippery and the shower sprays enough to make the floor wet. There is one safety handle near the faucet but none to aid you as you enter or exit the tub. Other than the safety of the bath we were pleased with everything else.

My mirrors wee dirty, my sheets were soiled; and, when asking to replace them to allow for a hygienic sleep, I was met with inappropriate and unprofessional behavior. I had a VIP booking but didn’t receive the upgrade to my knowledge, and I was unrested before flying. It made for an experience that will make me very unlikely to return to this hotel for anything other than Brut. Will be speak with management at a later time, but I must catch my flight.

The property is downtown and parking can be a challenge but there are garages nearby that help a bit. Better parking access than other parts of the city. Rooms were decent size and very comfortable I would absolutely stay again.

Noisy night life

Hotel was clean Hot breakfast was cold Bed was uncomfortable as mattress was worn out Some staff friendly others not so Hotel is located in a very noisy area , night life goes on until 4.30 !!!! And it is very loud music Bring earplugs

The hotel was perfect - we couldn't have picked a more convenient location for walking around the city and also for the closeness of bus stop #3, where we needed to meet all of our tours. The hotel itself was very nice, clean and quiet and provided everything we needed. And the hotel staff are all brilliant, very friendly and accommodating and treated us like valued guests. The waitstaff at breakfast were lovely and it was a joy to see and speak to them every morning. Vlada, in particular, (on the front desk) was absolutely outstanding and took great care of us while we were there for 12 days. She is a star and a true asset to this hotel! The people here really made a very good trip great!

Hotel staff not very friendly. They wanted me to pay with credit card - not cash ?? There was a festival going on - there is no parking next to hotel. We could not get close to hotel, so had to park quite a few blocs away and then walk with our luggage. We mentioned it at the front desk - wish we had been notified about the festival so that we could plan and they said they did not know about it until the night before - hard to believe. Also went to bar for a drink at 10:29 p.m. they ignored me until10:31 and then told me they were closed - I asked what time and they said 10:30 p.m. Not customer focused. - They didn't even apologize -Just we are closed
