"Great location and walking distance to all the downtown sights. The room was very well appointed, loved the 3 step skincare as an extra touch. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only a few downsides like the noise coming from construction next door and the in-room refrigerator is actually more of just a cooling drawer so doesn't hold much. Overall a great stay though and would highly recommend this hotel to other travelers!"

"The Swan House is in a good area for accessing everything in Reykjavik. The apartment and neighborhood were quiet and the host was so helpful with prompt responses to emails. Lots of pubs and good places to eat within a few blocks. Convenience stores were also fairly close."

"We reserved the two bedroom apartment for our family of 5 and it was perfect! With two bedrooms, a sleeper sofa, a dining room, a small kitchenette, and a balcony overlooking the main street, we had everything we needed and then some! There is a grocery store a block away and you are close to everything! Nice and vibrant downtown area and a close walk to the water. "Nice, clean place with modern facilities. Due to the sunny weather, the room was very hot the day we checked in, but after opening the window vents it cooled off, and as the weather cooled during the week, it was not an issue. Otherwise, a nice stay in a convenient to Rainbow street location."
