"Close to everything in downtown walking distance the only problem is do not pre-purchased the breakfast. It’s not worth it."

"Basic lodging that met the needs of our party of 7. We were in building 53 (upstairs) and there is no real lounging space but the bedrooms are spacious. Basic soap provided and some tea/coffee. Beds were comfortable but as others have mentioned the floors can be loud but slippers are provided to help the noise. The building is close to the main area where shops and restaurants are so definitely loud at times…earplugs can help."

"The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the stay enjoyable. The biggest downside is the noise on Friday and Saturday nights. If you're staying over the weekend, I recommend requesting a room away from the West Building. There was loud music and drumming that continued until around midnight, making it difficult to relax or get to sleep early. Overall, it was a good stay, but choosing the right room location can make a big difference."

"Great place to stay with easy access to bus stops! The only negative was the shower curtain in our bathroom - it was dirty and gave me the ick! Everything else was very clean. We stayed for four nights. Note they did not empty garbage/tidy the rooms/refill toilet paper we were almost out of, etc - likely typical for hostels type hotels. Would recommend to travellers."

"The apartment was very well appointed. We stayed in the superior suite with myself and two adult sons. Everything we needed was there. We did not actually cook but did prepare some breakfast and lunch things. I was concerned about the lack of front desk but it was totally smooth and they were available by phone. A previous post mentioned no deadbolt on the inside and it’s true, there is no secondary lock however, I felt very safe. Perfect location."

"The apartment was perfect for a family of 4. The host texted the building and room codes in advance, and it was easy to find The Swan with signage on the building. While the lobby and hallways seemed very industrial, once inside the apartment, it was lovely, clean and bright. There is a grocery store within walking distance, which was great for us. There was a lively shopping and dining area also within a short walk. The 10a check out is a bit early for travelers with late-day/evening flights,...

"We had the Two-Bedroom Apartment - Bergstadastraeti Twelve unit. The location of the apartment was excellent, right in the downtown area. There is a grocery store around the corner. The unit itself was very clean and a good size though I will say the description of Bedroom Two of 'One Queen Bed and One Twin Bed' is misleading - our plan was to use this bedroom for Three (Two adults and One child) so the living area was not a sleeping area. However, Bedroom Two included a bed plus a fold up...

"This is a great boutique hotel. The staff was great with info. The hotel was central to all tours, shopping and restaurants. We loved the comforters on the bed. They were so beautiful."
