"Thor at the front desk was so kind and helpful. We were upgraded during our first night. Then when we returned after the 8 day tour, he allowed us to stay on same room during the remaining 4 nights. He also stored our 2 regular luggage so we don’t have to carry them on our tour. The room is perfect for the 3 of us. It was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast has lots of delicious selections. Excellent location and very nice staff. I would stay in this hotel again. Highly recommended!"

"This property is so close to the sites of Reykjavík. We were able to walk to restaurants and sites around the city. Parking on site is included. It was so nice to have 3 bedrooms."

"Fun hotel in the perfect location to experience Reykjavik. Our room was on the small side, but it was still comfortable. We enjoyed our little enclosed box patio off of the room. Shower was great. Limited TV, which is fine because you're probably going to explore the city. Real candles and flames in the lobby! Bagel/coffee cafe in lobby is brilliant. Our stay was quiet and relaxing. This hotel offers a gym, sauna, and nightly activities. For parking, we elected to use a P2 garage around the...

"The room was absolutely beautiful and the TV worked! Great location...short walk to the restaurants, gift shops and bars. The free parking was a challenge as it is a small area (maybe 20-25 cars and is mostly full) but I as always able to get at least the last spot."

It is also perfectly located to explore the west side of town and its beautiful waterfront! The only comment we have is that there was a lingering smell in the bathroom."

The big positive for this property is location, very near all the main areas for restaurants and bars but tucked out the way to be quiet. I would come back here if we come to Reykjavík again. "

Wasn’t pleased that we couldn’t even enter the building until check in time, that definitely needs to be looked at for future customers with luggage. "

"This hotel was right in the middle of the party district. Night clubs went untill 4.30 am on Friday and Saturday nights, so no sleep on those nights. There was no mention of it on the hotel info page. If I had known I could have booked somewhere else."
