"We were locked in the elevator had to call 911. Then the front door broke and no guests could get in or out. Then the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. When I called customer service to seek some compensation they attempted to tell me that it wasn’t their responsibility that the elevator in the hotel broke and the emergency call button wasn’t working. "

"Everything about this property worked great for our stay. Staff and facilities were excellent. Please note that this site is very close to the regional airport where the tourist helicopters depart from, so there is quite a lot of noise during the day. This didn't bother us too much, and all the benefits of the establishment itself being quiet compensated for the airport noise. "Loved staying at this property, very clean, convenient location and is just a 7 minute walk to the street with a food hall and a 24 hour grocery store. Being able to use the laundry facilities was also helpful and having a bagged breakfast left at the door every morning was a nice touch. I would stay here again."
