Property is definitely value for money. Very good communication as well. Washroom ventilation might be an issue and due to the nature of their water may be very unpleasant odor. In my case the property did allow me to switch rooms which was very helpful. Overall we had a great stay and everything was very convenient. One more note is Expedia description may say on site parking but in fact it is a pay public parking garage that is 2 mins walk away.

All fine but it would be nice if on the booking you know there’s four people coming in you made up the sofa bed and also the plug socket was completely hanging off the wall

Amazing customer service. The host always answered almost right after I wrote. We had the option with breakfast, the place however has no kitchen/ living room but this didn't matter, the breakfast was great. We got a bag with bread, croissant, jam, cheese and fruit.

We enjoyed our stay. It was easy to find and check in was very smooth. Very walkable to great spots in Reykjavík. The only issue we encountered was parking but that’s not the host’s fault. Parking is either street parking or the parking garage nearby which was full twice (once at 9am and again at 6pm) when we passed and only had a few spots available at 5pm. It costs about $20 for the night. The actual stay was clean and comfortable, I would recommend.

We are satisfied with our stay at this accommodation. The room was much more spacious and open compared to the places we stayed in London and Iceland. The kitchen was convenient for preparing light snacks. Dining out in Iceland was somewhat expensive, and there were not many salad or vegetable options available, so during our four-night stay, we bought vegetables, cheese, cured ham, and other items at the market and used the kitchen in the accommodation. However, carrying luggage up and down the stairs to the fourth floor may be difficult for elderly guests. Also, finding street parking was somewhat challenging. Parking fees differ between P1 and P2, and P1 is considerably more expensive. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

We have Comfort Quadruple Room with private bathroom. We are 2 people in this booking. The room is bright and comfortable space. It is very clean in general except the shower place wall has mold between the tiles because it has no fan in the bathroom. The location is ok. It is not very far from the downtown. We walked to the tourist interesting points. The only thing I don't like is that it has no lift. We have to carry heavy luggage to 2nd floor. Luckily we are in 2nd floor. If we are in the 4th floor, I don't think we can do it. There is street parting in front of the building. We are lucky to have spot in both days.

Room was very basic, like a college dorm room—no rug, small refrigerator. We had reserved two twin beds and got one queen bed instead. When I emailed to try to get a room with two twin beds, the contact person sent one email with no information and never changed the room. Good location.
