"Clean room and poolside, helpful staff, but the pool is small and very busy for the size of hotel. The food was average and children’s options limited."

"The staff was truly good. The only issue was parking. We parked at nite and did not see the orange line painted on the blacktop and the usual no parking sign (a P with a slash) was not present...so there is a placard at the front desk re: the parking but we overlooked it and paid the ticket that a number of cars got...the menu and bkfst were really good with everything one could ask for"

"Lovely Hotel at the end of Son Matias Beach. Large hotel lots of rooms but never feels over crowded. Lose the sun agt pool area throughout the day. People claiming sunbeds from early morning and not using or returning till later on. Drinks and snack bar really good value. Food in the restaurant fabulous and so much choice. Small pebble beach at the side of the hotel really nice."

"Beautifully done inside, convenient to train/bus station and walkable to main attractions in city center. Room was spacious. Unfortunately bedroom was uncomfortably warmer than rest of suite, making sleep difficult. On the plus side, the staff went out of their way to provide a box breakfast since we were leaving so early —- even accommodating my gluten-intolerance!"

"A beautiful property with wonderful amenities. The highlights for us were definitely the friendly staff and the relaxing spa. The room was spotless, and breakfast offered a nice variety of options. Would absolutely stay here again!"
