A fantastic hotel with a fabulous location. The staff are extremely attentive and the facilities are great. Hotel room was lovely and exceptionally clean. The pool area and Sky bar were amazing and the view over Palma from The Sky Bar was incredible and had a laid back feel. A wonderful stay for our 10year wedding anniversary and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Palma :)

This hotel is 5 star, beautiful, clean, friendly staff, rooftop pool/bar was a winner for my friends and I. The 360 views of the city were incredible. Breakfast was delicious, cocktails were amazing. Rituals products in the bathroom smelt amazing and the added touch of the bath Bomb was very thoughtful! Wine, homemade lemonade and a jar of fruit was a very pleasant surprise when delivered to our room complimentary! Brilliant central location, just wish we had longer! Will be back!

The gym equipment lacked maintenance. Many “nuts and bolts” were loose. It was difficult to use as it is. The rest of the property was top notch! The view from the sky bar is exceptional

Beautifully done inside, convenient to train/bus station and walkable to main attractions in city center. Room was spacious. Unfortunately bedroom was uncomfortably warmer than rest of suite, making sleep difficult. On the plus side, the staff went out of their way to provide a box breakfast since we were leaving so early —- even accommodating my gluten-intolerance!
