All clean and tidy. Staff in main hotel couldn't be more helpful. Only gripe was hot drink machine broken so had to walk over to main building to purchase drink. WiFi really decent too. I enjoyed breakfast as well in main restaurant.

We got here just as the road into Alucante was closed due to flooding. Booking in even though busy done and all necessary advise provided. Decide to have a few drinks and something to eat, really good service, snd food well priced and rrally good.

Ibis on budget, trust on that name “BUDGET” is like a Jail Cell, I would recommend one night max. Too much noise! The staff and the cleaners are very nice and caring.

Excellent location - basic clean acco0mmodation

Extremely convenient location with parking for alicante airport. Basic accommodation, but clean and everything needed for a couple of nights. 24 hour reception and bus stop outside to airport or alicante centre (C6). If staying longer consider the normal rather than budget ibis, at the same location.

Good stopover

Brief stop having arrived at 1AM at the airport. Taxi was €13 and Ibis Budget is in the same location as the Ibis, in fact, check in desk is in the main Ibis. Well greeted even at an early hour and room basic but clean and perfect for the price. Will definitely use again for late flights.

This hotel was just what we needed for a short stay close to the city and airport. Clean room, comfy bed, and generous breakfast. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. The design of the shower did cause it to flood on first use, which was quite a shock,m (I’m just another person was in the room to notice, otherwise it could have been a disaster). The TV didn’t work, which isn’t too much of a loss, but the Wi-Fi could definitely do with improvement.

My review

The staff were welcoming and friendly. For a budget hotel the room is clean and tidy. My room was a bit noisy with a fan sound nearby. There was loud slamming of doors on the corridor at various times.. The room was overlooked by offices and was in a dip so I kept the window blind down for privacy most of the time.

The place was in a good position for a €12 to €15 taxi to Alicante town and the airport. The sea is very close by, but no beach. No where to eat in the area and nothing available in the hotel after breakfast, except a reheated pizza or pasta. I believe the chef was ill. If you dont like the smell of cigarettes then the budget side is not for you. Wasn't my best or worst experience but for 3 nights it was cheap. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is close to the airport but is pretty isolated and there are no restaurants or stores around, but they have a cafeteria that opens till 11pm, and the staff at the hotel are very helpful, they reserved a taxi to the airport for us. The taxi was €14 and it came at 5:30am to pick us up. The other option is bus C6 but it runs once an hour during the night and you would have to wait on the road until is shows up...
