"Fab pools and poolside facilities"

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was a bit rubbish - functional but not powerful. The button to swap to the bath taps didn’t work. There is no soundproofing. If the people in the room next door or above are awake then you’re awake! Can also hear a lot of noise from the road outside. The bar is lovely. Food and drinks are good and staff are attentive. Breakfast was a real highlight - plenty of everything - hot food, charcuterie, fruit, cereal, horchata, fartons, churros,...

"Nice hotel, lovely modern room, great hydro spa, but its a 30min bus ride into town, which is also where most excursions will pick you up from and drop you off."

"Excellent hotel. Clean, spacious bedrooms. Excellent shower and the coffee machine came in handy. Central location and a great restaurant next door. Staff were great."

"Really well located, minutes from both the cathedral and the beach. Very helpful staff and a lovely room with comfortable bed and pillows. Good price to, ticks all the boxes ✅✅"

"Todo estuvo bien, habitación muy buena y el personal fue amable."

"Camera pulita e spaziosa posizione comoda al centro e alla metro"

"Location is quite central, staff was good and helpful. However the room was quite dirty, and the glass door separating room and bathroom cannot be closed properly."

"Clean room and staff friendly and helpful"

"First the staff were friendly! However I would not recommend or stop again. The rooms are in need of some TLC with many scuff marks and some damage. The shower base/tray was very badly stained. Rooms where serviced, but bins were not always emptied and surfaces were not cleaned. Breakfast was disappointing, the hot stuff was only just warm, juices watered down and for three days there was no butter or margarine and no sliced bread. The buffet was not replenished and you always need to ask for...

"VERY VERY GOOD"

"Very nice accommodations and helpful staff. Location on the beach, with lots of dining options is fantastic. Ocean view room with balcony does not disappoint! Just be mindful that it is a bit out of the historic center. We did not learn if there’s an easy bus or tram and relied on taxis. A shuttle, or a guide to transportation would have been helpful."
