"The location, in the heart of old Valencia, was perfect. That staff was fluent in multiple languages including English. Everyone was very helpful and understanding and genuinely welcoming. The room was good, but due to HVAC limitations it was very hot for our liking. There was not way to run ventilation without heat. The windows opened which helped regulate, but the air quality in Valencia in March is very poor so leaving windows open poses its own problems."

"Check in was different than any other hotel we stayed before. They texted on What’s up app that I never use. But they let us check in earlier which I appreciate! "

"Accommodatie was echt top! Ik zat in een twee persoons appartement met mijn vriendin en het is echt prima te doen. Ruim, super schoon en midden in de stad. Geen last gehad van overlast, maar zeker mijn voordelen eruit gehaald dat alles erom heen zo dichtbij was. Genoeg restaurantjes, winkels, barretjes en de rooftop bar is precies tegenover het appartement. Zeker de moeite waard om te bezoeken. Ik kom hier zeker een keer terug. Communicatie is verder ook uitstekend en heel behulpzaam. 10/10"

"The apartment itself was great, very neat and clean and modern which we liked. The area is great as well. We stayed for 2 weeks and have to say we expected higher level of service. There was no cleaning half way through which was suprising and we had issues with toaster that did not work and missing a duvet and that took 3 days to sort out with contact daily. Lastly, they wrote us 48hour before arrival which was great to sort out deposit and taxi pick up at airport but they did not bother...

"Het is een nette, luxe appartement (met vaatwasser en vaatwastabletten}. Aan de kant van het appartement dat we in eerste instantie kregen werd gesloopt, erg veel lawaai. We hebben een appartement aan de andere kant gekregen, daar was het stil. Mensen van het hotel waren erg behulpzaam. We hebben een prima verblijf gehad."

"Great stay with two little ones. Very convenient. Pitty the playground and pool were closed. Breakfast buffet was good. Beds were comfortable. Furniture is a bit basic but does the trick. "

"Modern en schoon appartement in de hippe wijk Ruzafa. Op loopafstand van alle highlights maar desondanks rustig gelegen. Het bed was voor ons echt te hard en daardoor minder goed geslapen. Verder van alle gemakken voorzien en met een heerlijke douche."

"Location us good, nearby two stations & a good area for dining. Unfortunately i got studio number 2, next to the entrance. When other guests entered the building, i would be sitting straight up in bed because the opening of the door makes so much noise. No isolation it seems, because i could hear every word that was said outside, in front of studio 2. Uncomfortable bed, unclean floor, unclean glasses in the kitchen, but good bathroom."

"This was the second time I have stayed and it is a really nice hostel. The only annoying thing is that you can only go out on the terrace which it's attached to while the cleaning ladies are there in the morning, which seems like such a waste of a nice outdoor space to enjoy."
