Nice hotell, close to everything, but our room were way to noisy. You can hear the next rooms conversation/TV easily. Must be very thin walls.

The location of this hotel is AMAZING. You are on the water, with beach and marina view. There is a huge seaside mountain a few blocks from the hotel which you can climb and see the fortress/castle at the top. The hotel has an great lobby and our rooms was large with an amazing view. The room service was very good and fast, and the breakfast was 😋. Recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a good looking hotel with the best location in town.

We stayed at The Level on the fifth floor and the room was spectacular. The views, the service the amenities were wonderful. The breakfast with the live show was a real treat..! All the staff are friendly helpful and very courteous. Everything is so close by like the port, restaurants, cafes and the beach is at the doorstep. I will be coming back and recommending to all friends and family.

Building work spoiled our stay. Had to move as it was unbearably noisy. Was given a more expensive room but it didn’t have the view we wanted.

El hotel muy bonito y las habitaciones también . Olía muy bien también . Los baños limpios pero la ducha defectuosa y la puerta del baño también ( me quedé con la manilla en la mano ) . El minibar no tenía mucha opción de bebida y el room service no funcionaba. El desayuno también muy pobre ! Una pena porque el hotel es muy bonito !

We were so excited going there but … Where the hotel is situated is great but the hotel and hotel facilities are not unfortunately Where the swimming pool is is so windy and you can hardly use because is so cold in April, may , The walls are not properly insulated and you can easily hear what next door doing or saying , Food and drinks compare to other places are expensive , Beds are not the best looks like they have been there for years something wrong with springs or what ever is under so noisy, I guess people go there because where actually hotel is situated and other hotels are in the middle of city and a bit far from seaside

The hotel was very nice. We had a good and relaxing time.When we arrived and turned on the TV there was only one english station. I called the desk and requested more english stations.They sent a tech, he found only two stations BBC one and BBC two, These stations disappeared after 5 days. When we reported this to the reception three times we were ignored.

We found it difficult to find the entrance to the hotel as approached from the train station. There is extensive work being done on the the buildings and no signs or directions, and no notification from either the hotel or Expedia to alert us to this. The room itself was good on the whole, but it boasted soundproofing and this was most certainly not the case. We were disturbed by noise throughout the evening and in the night. The view of the sea was somewhat obstructed by deep walls either side of the balcony, which would not have been a problem if I had known about it at time of booking, but the view offered when booking offered a different perspective. The decaf coffee was horrible. I am only this picky because of the promise of the place and the fact that it was pretty expensive. The staff were all pleasant and helpful, facilities varied and food was okay. It was clean and the toiletries were very nice. The free trial size toiletry gifts were welcome.

Fijne bedden en een goede badkamer op een prachtige locatie. Check-in was wat lang wachten, maar het receptiepersoneel wel uiterst vriendelijk. De airco op de kamer werkte niet, waardoor we elke dag de balkondeur open moesten zetten. Gedurende ons verblijf (3 nachten) zijn de glazen en kopjes niet verschoond en werd de thee helaas niet bijgevuld. Buiten dat was het een heel aangenaam verblijf.

The room we ordered was a superior double which had a window balcony but we were on 1st floor with no viiew of the port and no sunshine due the angle of the balcony area Hotel was not full so cam only assume we were taken as non complainers Wont book this again
