"Large complex with a variety of room types. Stayed in suite and it was clean and spacious. Pool looked nice but was not heated so not useable."

"This would rate as the worst hotel experience of my life. I stay in a lot of mid range hotels and pub accommodation, but this hotel was very, very bad.
