"Horrible hotel, horrible staff. Air conditioning didn’t work in room, one set of towels and dirty!!! Asked for a new room or willing to pay for upgrade and told nothing available. Checked out after 20 mins, was told we’d get a full refund. That never happened. Called after a week to check on refund and was told they will not refund us. HORRIBLE hotel all around. Disgusting!"

"Stained and dirty carpets. Dusty windows and curtains. I asked for a different room in the first day , but the staff was rude and didn’t give one. The key card reader was not working and the manager was saying that was our problem , but even he couldn’t open with the master key, and finally he has to open the room with a screw driver. All the doors from outside entry were wide open. No key card needed to enter the hotel even in the midnight. No security at all . Broken elevator buttons .

"When I was booking my stay, it said it had breakfast available but when I reached there was none. We had to dine out in a restaurant nearby. Hotel smells like weed, furniture/bedding was broken, dirty, and not well set. The only good thing I can about this place is that the water pressure of the shower was good. Other than that horrible stay."
