"Loved the building and unit I stayed at! The unit was clean and had the right supplies for my stay, which was wonderful. The whole place felt quiet and safe. The main downside was communication from Mint House itself. There's an important email for move-in that I didn't get until I called, the key system (for getting the key) didn't work so I had to call again, and apparently parking is $30 per day which was a convenient fine print thing they did rather than include it in the overall cost. "

"This property accepted same day bookings but then declined to allow access for 72hrs or two business days. They originally said access would be allowed after 2 hours and took our damage deposit. After we paid the damage deposit they declined to let us in until after our check out day so they could confirm funds that were sent arrived in their bank account even though it was credit card through Expedia. Since we couldn’t use the property we requested a refund and they declined. We never stepped...

"Glitches in communication sent me to an incorrect apt complex, was redirected to a different part of the city, turned out much better than the incorrect one, very nice, cleanliness not on par with concierge living, overall, very comfortable. Need instructions in the apartment for better communication. Had to wing it on a couple of things..."

"Arrived at the property. Still dirty, linens were still in tje washer. Door was open We walked right imside. Nothing was cleaned. They offered to fix it by sending a cleaning crew the next day. "This rental was beautiful very clean and spacious. The location is very convenient if you are visiting the downtown area and for local shopping. The host was prompt with communicating when needed. It is a three story rental so the only issue was how tiring the stairs could be since the elevator was not available to use. I would definitely recommend and book with this host and rental property again. "
