"Expedia need to work better with their affiliates. I booked for a room for 5 people and when we got there they said they don't have such room. I paid for 2 nights but did a late checked in the morning after the first night. I requested a cot then and 4 more times after that. We did not get our cot till almost 10 on our last night."

"The 6th floor reeked of stale ash trays, and my “nonsmoking” room still smelled and had cigarette burns in the headboard. No stopper in the sink. The crappy coffeemaker wouldn’t turn on but leaked water. The replacement managed only 1/2 cup and would not empty the reservoir. When I asked where the “included” breakfast was served I was ushered to a table with a thermos of warm coffee and Hostess snack cakes. "STRAIGHT TO THE POINT! Beyond pissed my first room 209 blood on the curtains and floor. Old vibe room and smoked out. furniture carpet towels OLD and DIRTY. The public dining area was dirty. I was highly disgusted and really want my money back"

"We got there to the front desk the lady was amazing she said this is your room but let me know what you think if you don’t like it come back down here, the room was dirty stains on the sheets and a weird smell that should of been my clue to leave "

"When I checked in at 7 pm there was no one at the reception desk and I had to wait 15 for someone to arrive. The parking directions he provided were very complicated. The coffee shop had an extremely limited menu and hours and the staff was frequently unavailable for about 10 minutes."
