"El Caribe Resort stands out among many properties because of its incredible location, beautiful ocean views, and convenient beach access. My family and I have been visiting for the past seven years, and we've created many wonderful memories there.
Unfortunately, we've noticed a significant decline in the property's upkeep over time. During this most recent stay, there were not enough towels or blankets available, the elevators were unreliable, the pools were no longer heated, doors frequently jammed, and the rooms were not as clean as they should have been. We encountered dirty tables, mold on the shower and balcony curtains, and even the ice machine was out of service!
If it weren't for the unbeatable location and the emotional connection our family has to this resort, we likely would not return. It's truly disappointing to see a property with so much potential and such a loyal following fall into disrepair. We sincerely hope management invests in improving and maintaining the resort so future guests can enjoy the experience it once offered."
