"This is a very budget friendly hotel that is clean and close enough to the CMAC and shopping for those who are interested. The room was clean and once the traffic died down in the evening it was surprisingly quiet for sleeping. I was unaware of the breakfast which would have been nice to know when I checked in. If I go to a concert again, I would stay here."

"DO NOT STAY HERE if you are considering it, reconsider. if you must. trust that you will want to ask to see the room first before you give them any credit card, and physically check all of the amenities they've listed. I've stayed in all kinds of very cheap, "rustic" places, this one was by far the worst."

"After I ordered 2 rooms the owner asked me to call. He wanted to make sure how many rooms I ordered, and how many guests are comnig I told him we're a party of 5 and we need these 2 rooms (each room should sleep up to 4, no breakfast). When I arrived he told me (for the 1st time) that because we're 5, we have to add 15$, due to the 3rd guest in on E of the rooms. That's a surprise that shouldn't be discussed for the 1st time at checkin! The owner didn't talk sense into that dispute. I ended up...

"The family managing the property was very nice. That’s the only compliment coming their way. The place was filthy/musty, mold and rust everywhere. The towels were dingy and well overused, as were the sheets. Pillows were awful, beds were uncomfortable and creaky. The air conditioner did not work. It was much more pleasant outdoors, but I did not feel safe enough to leave a window open. To top it all off, the shower was cold after 2 minutes and the shower drain was clogged. Stay elsewhere!"
