Hotel Motel 6 di Allen

"We should have known there were going to be issues with this hotel as soon as we arrived. There was a police car in the parking lot on a call. The door to the room looked like it had been previously forced open/broken into. As soon as we walked into the room it immediately felt damp in the air. The sheets were moist to the touch and the room smelled badly. We tried to reach out immediately to the front desk to let them know we were not happy. The guy at the front desk was extremely rude and...

"We weren’t able to get extra towels for the pool, for a 3 day stay. We were told “use the towels in your room!” But they’re dirty! Then, there were soo many roaches!!! And, also, we spotted bedbugs the morning we were leaving. So no telling how many are in our suitcases and clothes. DO NOT STAY HERE!"

"I booked 2 rooms. One room had a microwave and refrigerator and one didn't. The air conditioner grate was filthy. Very strange stains on the floor."

"Too many big dogs and owners don’t pick up thier droppings, people sitting on stairs in your way not moving over, every night I’ve stayed there’s people being a bit to loud or overly loud late at night playing music banging on walls smalling doors being loud outside your door arguing. The hotel is good minus the lobby microwave I prefer one in my room."

"Check-in was easy and the lady was courteous. Had vending machines with microwavable food items which was very convenient."
