"The staff was very friendly especially Jon at the front desk, He helped Me with My phone and was nice enough to roll over the deposit so I didn’t have to keep paying a new deposit each day I stayed.
I am a happy, friendly person so I could see if someone was fussy or grumpy the staff would reflect that back.
There was no microwave in the room. The only one I saw was quite a ways away at the front lobby, where the coffee is. I don’t drink coffee, but Jon was kind enough to heat up water for Me...
"Terrible staff. My 1-year-old threw up on the sheets and I stripped the bed and put the sheets on the ground thinking they would service the room. We were gone all day came back and they hadn't been in the room so I called and they said they don't service rhe rooms daily, I said okay well can I just get sheets to replace them myself and it was a big fat no. I had to contact Expedia before they finally brought a sheet. The next morning I went to the front desk to tell them not to service the room...
"This was a great place to stay because it was easy access to the place we were planning to attend on the weekend. The office desk person was nice and assist on on all the things. The place looked like it was just did some remodeling on it and you see it in the bathrooms when you look around but still looked good. Hoped that they had coffee maker in the room so I didn't have to get into the office area. I would definitely stay in there again,"
