"Easy check-in process; clean and well air conditioning in room. Parking inefficient... we overnighted to attend an event abd picked the place because it stated it had adequate on site parking. This is not true and we found that out the hard way when we returned about 11:00-11:20 p.m. to a full parking lot. The onsite front desk staffer told us we'd have to park on the street which we did, joining anout 6-8 other vehicles. We did not notice the sign that said no street parking between 3:00 and...

"Brand new property. Only stayed one night so didn’t have an opportunity to access any of the amenities. Stayed on the top floor. Beautiful views."

"We have stayed here before and love it! The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The lobby is beautiful, and the restaurant staff provides excellent service. The water pressure in the shower is excellent, making for a very comfortable experience. The location is also very convenient. We always enjoy our stay and would happily return."

"The laundry is a great & needed amenity. They should anticipate front desk help in a more thoughtful and accommodating way. Maybe staff up quickly when knowledge of flight anomalies are broadly forecasts, anticipated or happening. I, and other patrons waiting over an hour to get rooms assigned because they were cleaning, and no extras were available to help the front desk expedite room assignments. There were notably broadcasts problems with flight delays and cancellations all over the media."
